I've been coming here since my days at Akasaka Ark Hills.I went there for the first time in about half a year,It seems like the taste has changed. .It lacks richness and has a flat taste. It's far from Shinjuku Station, so I started thinking about going all the way.
That's terrible. I heard that the fish curry was delicious, so I ordered three different types. The fish curry was definitely delicious and didn't taste fishy in a good way, but the keema curry was by far the best. Most curry shops have keema curry, but it has a different aroma, sweetness, and flavor than anywhere else.It was an addictive taste. The chai was also delicious.Although it is a little far from Shinjuku station, I would like to go there again.
A curry shop in Nishi-Shinjuku.Since it's one of the Tabelog 100 famous restaurants, I decided to visit it.The menu is rich and varied, but it's very easy to understand.A list of menusFrom the name of the restaurant, I thought it was only seafood curry, but that's not the case; chicken and pork are also the main dishes. You can choose single curry, 2-type combo, or 3-type curry combo. You can choose the amount of rice, so whether you're a small eater or a big eater like me, there's no problem.
Ok place.Staff recommended the chicken curry, weird, when this place is called FISHOrdered the fish curry, it was quite good. But I waited for longer than 20mins to get my order. Also they claim to provide free cilantro, but staff said it was sold out already (at 1:20pm) that’s not even lateThe mixed bean curry is kinda plain, and the Kreme curry is a bit dry for me
Oh my friend! The curry here is heavenly to say the least! It's great that you can enjoy three different flavors and they even give you a little bit of coriander for free. The male clerk was very kind and took good care of me, even as a beginner. There's even a single seat, so it's very comfortable! The female clerk was also very friendly and made me feel at ease! ! ! I will definitely go again!
A famous curry shop located in a multi-tenant building in ShinjukuThanks to the slight delay, I was able to get in easily.I had the 3-kind curry combo of keema, bean curry, and chicken curry.Especially the chicken curry was delicious!Recommended restaurants for curry loversKeema is light and sweetThe bean curry is light and spicy.Chicken curry is a spicy curry▶︎Lunch use3 types of combo curryOrdered 1300 yenNext time I want to come and have a drink at night.▶︎Date, supplementary information2024/06/24 (Weekdays)Arrived around 14:00No waitingCredit, paypay availableGenre: Meal
I visited FISH Shinjuku branch, a popular curry restaurant in Shinjuku, for lunch on a weekday. We arrived around 1:30pm, but the restaurant was still almost full, as you would expect from a popular restaurant. From among the delicious-looking curries, I ordered a 3-kind combo curry: chicken curry, keema curry, and mixed bean curry. 1,200 yen including tax. It was crowded, so it took about 15 minutes for the curry to be served. The plate includes three types of curry, boiled egg, papad, achar, and coriander. The fixed curry keema, which is a 3-kind combo, was moderately spicy and had concentrated flavor and was delicious, but the bean curry was average compared to the keema. The chicken curry I chose contained two large, tender pieces of stewed chicken, and was a light yet rich and spicy curry. Of the three types, the keema was the most delicious.
3 types of spicy chicken curry 1300 yen+ Super spicy 50 yen+Large size rice 100 yenFirst visit. Looking past Jiro's line, I went to Fish for spice curry. Now that I think about it, I had biryani yesterday too.3 types: chicken, keema, and dal (beans)A large serving of rice weighs 350g.The chicken is very spicy.Don't worry, it's not painful or spicy. It's a well-balanced roux. Hot and deliciousA level of deliciousness that anyone can enjoyThe keema is not spicy and has a nice hint of spice. The dal also has a bean flavor and is interesting.Personally, the order is chicken → dal → keema. It would have been great if it was basmati or a mix.The Japanese rice was also hard cooked and delicious.Thank you for the meal.
Tried the fish curry for dinner. Loved its unique flavor profile which is quite different from typical Indian curry restaurants. They’ve got a unique collection of Indian cocktails. Definitely worth a visit. One of the best Indian curry restaurants in Tokyo.
A nice curry, with many additions/toppings to pick from, and generous portions. I like spicy, and this did not disappoint as it had a nice little kick. The service was fast and the staff was friendly. It can get busy, but totally worth the wait.
Very generous portion. The curry is delicious. However I regret asking for the cheese topping as it was not a cheese, maybe a cream cheese or something. Anyways, nice quick service. Highly recommend.
A small curry shop in the west side of Shinjuku. I ordered a dal curry with scrambled egg as a topping. You can choose rice amount, small or medium size, but I think small size is more than enough unless it’s for people who eat a lot. The curry was very mild, savory. I would definitely come back here to try their signature curry which comes with 3types of curry!
