I thought it was pretty empty on Saturdays and Sundays, probably because there were no businessmen there. There was a TV interview, and the seats weren't full, so I thought the staff was playing the role of Sakura.
The owner seems to be running the store by himself, so you have to bring your own water and other drinks. Another problem when coming in a group is that you cannot pay for each person individually. Well, I guess it can't be helped that the owner is handling everything by himself.
I tried the green curry that Matsuko recommended. Because it contains sea chicken, it has a very gentle taste and is so satisfying that you feel like you've gotten all the nutrients from the vegetables, and my impression is that I wanted to eat a little more. Next time I would like to try the Kiwami curry. My friend was eating it and said it was spicy so he also ordered lassi.
Go out from Exit A3 of Hatchobori Station, cross the Hatchobori Ekimae intersection straight, then turn left, cross to the Kyoka Square side, turn right in front of you, continue for a while, cross the intersection with no traffic lights, and then turn left and you will be on the right side.

It looks like it will be busy as it is a one-time operation in the store and accounting is not based on food tickets.

I ordered "Neo Green Curry ¥1,500"
The beautiful looking green curry has just the right amount of sweetness and spiciness.
The richness of the soup stock is very delicious!
The ingredients are excellent, such as fried lotus root, okra, and eggplant.
Good taste reminiscent of soup curry
Anhydrous chicken is quite delicious. This is delicious.
I devoured it in no time.
I think this is a high-quality curry that will make you want to check out the other menu items as well.
I was the 5th person to arrive, about 5 minutes before the store opened at 11:30.

It's a cutlet with Iwanaka SPF, so it comes out semi-rare, but as you can see, it's a little dry. It's a bit disappointing that it doesn't have the flavor unique to rare tonkatsu.
The dashi green curry, which does not use coconut milk, had bonito flakes on it, and when you mixed it in, it tasted like a dashi curry.
I ordered "Green cutlet curry (100g 1,700 yen)". Both the cutlet and curry are both delicious and have a reputation for being a menu item. There are many other interesting menu items such as ``Dashi Green Curry & Delicious Anhydrous Chicken'', ``UMAMI Chicken Dashi Curry & Delicious Anhydrous Chicken'', ``Kando Lamb Keema'', and ``New Era Cutlet Curry''.
The green cutlet curry that came after a while looked just like the photo. A carefully cut cutlet and pepper on top of the rice. First of all, when I tried just the cutlet, I found that it was quite deep-fried. The pasteurization is perfect, and the seasoning is light, perhaps in consideration of its compatibility with the curry. And curry. When you first take a sip, you'll notice a slight spiciness, but then there's a hint of soup stock, and the end is refreshing. It's a very strange green curry, and I've never had it anywhere else. It's also interesting that this green curry and cutlet go perfectly together. Before I knew it, I had finished eating.
As expected of Wakka. I have to try other curries too!

Take a bite right away. Oh, the dashi soup is effective. The taste is delicious. However, as I continued to eat it, there wasn't enough roux or curry soup... Maybe I wasn't eating the right balance, but in the second half I was more rice and the taste was bland... Too bad.
The disappointing point is that it would have been better if the balance between rice and roux had been better.

Disappointing except for the food. I was given a single seat in the back, but the acrylic partition was dirty. Customers sit facing each other, making it look like a shared table. The menu is posted at eye level so that customers don't make eye contact, but it's uncomfortable because you're so close to customers you don't know. Immediately to the right is a pile of purchased cardboard boxes. A TV is hung on the wall directly behind, showing live images of idols at high volume. It wasn't a very relaxing environment to eat.
It's a shame because the restaurant itself is beautiful and the curry is delicious.

Hatchobori Wakka's "New Era Cutlet Curry"
I was sitting on a spacious floor and watching the food being cooked. After the pork cutlets were fried, they let them rest for a while, drained the fat, and preheated them. I couldn't stop getting excited while watching the tonkatsu being cooked in a professional manner!
Perhaps because the sauce is to concentrate on the tonkatsu, it looks like it's simply made up of vegetables, so it's crunchy and smooth! It's nice to mix it up like a thick sauce, but it's also nice to have a crunchy texture.This combination is innovative.
Tonkatsu is Iwanaka pork SPF shoulder loin! As expected, it is well finished! This time I made it 180 grams!
The batter is thin and fried with fine bread crumbs! This is very important, because if the batter is thick, the oil will be heavy and the curry will be difficult to eat. On that point, Wakka's cutlet is a cutlet exclusively made for cutlet curry! Even though it's so thick, you can eat it crispy!
Even though it's so thick, it's soft! It's moist inside. This cutlet is so delicious that you'll want to eat it as a regular tonkatsu set meal.
This little bit of fat is also delicious...so juicy that you can't help but smile and nod...
I've actually eaten Wakka's Marucho Devil before, and I bought a frozen one at a curry festival held at Isetan! It was so delicious that I ended up buying four more the next day.
The Marucho Devil is made with the spicy Marucho hormone, and is plump and delicious with sweet fat. This side menu is irresistible for hormone lovers! If you like hormones, you should definitely order this, and if so, you'll want to eat it in a hormone bowl. When you think about it that way, all of Wakka's cooking has a quality that makes it stand alone...it's amazing.
Moreover, on this day, the owner, Mr. Miura, made the curry, and I was very satisfied with the black pepper flavored curry!

Added “Kando Lamb Keema” to ① “UMAMI Chicken Dashi Curry & Anhydrous Chicken”.
The silky chicken soup curry and rice is a mix of basmati and Japanese rice, and you can eat it in one go. "Curry is a drink". Chicken tikka-style chicken is served on top, creating a fun contrast of textures.
The anhydrous chicken on top of the rice is packed with flavor and is also delicious. Finely chopped vegetables, cheese, and grilled bacon (?) also go well together.
Kando Lamb Keema has a unique texture with coarsely ground lamb meat in just the right chunks. It has the power of rum, yet has an elegant taste.
I'm about 80% hungry, but my taste buds have been thoroughly stimulated and I'm satisfied. Thank you for the meal.
